INFORMATION FOR CLUB LICENSEES AND ELIGIBLE ORGANIZATIONS: Each club with proceeds of $20,000 or more is required to file an annual report by Feb. 1, for the preceding calendar year. NOTE: Access to the Small Games of Chance Club Licensee Annual Reporting System has been suspended until technical issues can be addressed. The Feb. 1 filing deadline will be extended, and further information will be available in coming days.
